Booking procedure

Reservations are confirmed upon advance of 30% of the entire stay, refundable for cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation terms and conditions

In the event of a NO SHOW, the deposit will not be returned and the customer is required to pay the entire amount of the stay as a penalty.

Customers who leave early are required to pay for the room for the remaining days of the reservation pursuant to Article 1385-1386 of the Italian Civil Code.
