At the Zafferano Restaurant you will enjoy first class cooking, with a series of both traditional and new dishes and changing colourful and fragrant cookery offers.
The professional managers, Ana Paula e Gino, will welcome you with enthusiasm, bringing back the emotions of both their journeys and yours.
Along with the a la carte Menù, Gino Cammarano also offers a sampling menù, which changes every week and is a menù that emphasizes the tastes and the fragrances of nature.
There are so many tasty dishes that you are spoilt for choice:
- the traditional ‚ mulegnane imbuttunate’ (stuffed aubergines)
- the anchovy parmigiana
- the sea food ciambotta (salad)
- the minestra e patate (vegetable soup and pota-toes)
- filetto di orata (gilthead fillet stuffed with aspara-gus, potatoes and almonds flavoured with saffron cream)
- tempura di gamberoni al teriyaki ( teriyaki prawn tempura)
- tagliata di ricciola su pesto di peperoni e semi di papavero (saddle bream chop with paprika and poppy seeds)
The Restaurant is open to everyone. There is air con-ditioning and has got 40 tables; in the summer they are 80 that take up the large area outside.
